the FedEx Ground time in transit chart.

  • For international orders or orders outside of the continental United States,
please email us at contact@1836guitarcases.com so that we may provide
    a quote for your delivery.

  • 1836 will email you once your case is delivered.  We will also provide the

  • If we are out of stock of the 1836 Guitar Case, we will inform you on the
website before you order the wait time for more cases.  Because 1836
Guitar Cases are custom-made, this may take several weeks.  You will
have the option to continue with your purchase and have the case ship
out to you immediately once we receive it.

  • Online orders cannot be picked up in person.

  • LOST PACKAGES If you do not receive your package, please email us
    immediately.

  • We will charge a $10 reshipping fee for a case that is incorrectly
addressed or re-routed due to customer error.  We generate our shipping
labels from the information provided on a customer's purchase order, so if
any part is incorrect or incomplete, a $10 reshipping fee will be charged.
For customers who cancel their orders, the order will be subject to a 15%
restocking fee.  Any and all shipping costs cannot be refunded.

  • If you contact us after your order has been placed but before it has been
shipped, we will  make every effort to correct your information prior to
    shipping.

RETURN POLICIES

  • If you are not completely satisfied with the case, ship it back to us within a
week of the delivered date for a full refund on the case, including shipping
    charges.

WARRANTY POLICIES

  • 1836 warrants your guitar case to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of one (1) year upon receiving the case.  If the
case is shown to be defective, 1836 will replace the case at no additional
cost to the customer, not including shipping charges.

  • The case must be shipped back at the purchaser's expense to 1836 to
show the defect.  A final decision on whether the case is defective will be
made at 1836's sole discretion.  If the case is found to be defective, either
a new case will be shipped to the customer or a full refund, not including
shipping charges, will be provided.  If the case is not found to be
defective, the original case will be returned to the customer at his or  her
    expense.

  • All transportation, insurance and freight charges associated with
replacement of a case are the responsibility of the purchaser.
